Work in progress- Session Nine.
I've been waiting on pens for forever but the bank holiday is nearly over so other projects can continue, meanwhile I've been expanding the big one.

Bollywood Bonanza
So I got asked by the lovely people at Happy Daze to create a Bollywood inspired image for their next night. I came up with a few ideas but mirrored images seem to have the desired affect. You can see more bollywood inspired awesomeness along with some amazing music makers at Happy Daze: The Bollywood Bonanza, The Arc Bar, Broad St. Bristol on the 4th of May. Work in progress- Session Eight.
A new instalment of the big piece, I've taken a break from it over the last couple of weeks instead I've been drawing a fantasy underwater landscape and some bollywood themed doodles. Both will be up here soon but for now back on with the beastie.

Towering Towers
When my mind is too busy to sit and draw a landscape I inevitably end up drawing towers. This one was meant to be a single day project but took me almost a week.

And now for something completely different....
Sometimes my doodles don't follow the normal pattern and they often culminate in strange unusual worlds. Here's a couple I did over new years, who knows what was on my mind.
Deep Snail.
Deep snail is coming 20th January 2012 in Brighton, find out more here...https://www.facebook.com/events/102447859872501/

Tools Of The Trade
I've tried many different pens but the best I've found are Letraset's Pro Markers. They're solvent based and allow me to create large areas of block colour without those pesky felt pen lines.

On The Go!
There is nothing better than completing a massive piece of work in the comfort of my studio but it's not the only place I like to draw. When I'm out and about I find myself more heavily influenced by the sights, sounds and people around me. All of the above were made whilst I pottered around India, allowing the strange land to sculpt my small doodled landscapes.

Brains, brains, braiiiinnnnss!
So no posts from me for almost a month. This may be due to me losing a vital cable for my scanner or it might be because of a rash of zombie attacks in Brighton at the moment. After the infection rate rose to over 3000 yesterday it was decided that Brighton would be put under quarantine. The zombies slowly gathered at Victoria gardens before lumbering and lurching on mass through the city centre and on to the sea front in the search for brains.
